+ | | On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR inspector Bill Stolarik I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875-inch diameter tubing that appeared to be open flowing. At the time of my inspection annular pressure monitoring was in place on the 9.625-inch diameter deep intermediate casing, and 13.375-inch diameter intermediate casing. Production equipment included a Gas Processing Unit, as well as 8- 400-barrel steel production fluid storage tanks, and a combustor that was shared with the other producing wells on the pad. There was secondary containment around the production fluid tanks, and the Gas Processing Units. The well pad was contained within an earthen dike, there were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location. There was a midstream valve site on the west side of the pad. As well as a water impoundment to the south, right side of the lease road as you enter the pad. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. | ||

0199057673 | 2017-03-17 | Production Wells | No Violations | The pad is named Wilson and it consists of 8 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consisted of eight gas production units, eight 400 barrel tanks, and two combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. Antero Resources was on location preforming maintenance on a gas production unit. |
0491805055 | 2015-12-28 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well is in production. The well is still being produced into temporary tanks while work on the North slope of the pad is on going. |
0544902763 | 2016-06-17 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well is equipped in a manner consistent with being capable of production. The tank battery consists of eight 400 barrel tanks set inside of a plastic lined steel containment system. On the opposite side of the pad there are eight production units, also set in containment. |
1092162125 | 2014-02-25 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | My inspection finds Express Drilling ran and cemented 100 of 26 conductor. I witnessed returns to surface. |
1139334577 | 2015-11-13 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well is capable of production. A small slip has formed on the Northeast side of the location. The engineering group is monitoring the slip. A geotech drilling rig recently drilled a test hole on the well pad to test for stability. |
1396961632 | 2014-04-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection today finds the drilling rig is at a depth of 130 and currently drilling 24 hole in the surface section of the well. |
1436410713 | 2019-01-31 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR inspector Bill Stolarik I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875-inch diameter tubing that appeared to be open flowing. |
1517848467 | 2018-02-02 | Production Wells | No Violations | Status check following a nearby pipeline mechanical issue that is not owned by Antero. This pad is named Wilson and it consists of 8 wells. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of eight gas production units, eight 400 barrel tanks, and two combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. The pipeline tie in was located on the West side of the pad with no issues present. The identification was located at the wellhead and the production records were current. |
