| The weather is 50 Deg. F, partially cloudy and partially sunny at time of inspection. Routine inspection of Frontier Natural Resources, Winner 4 Pad, 8HG well on March 5, 2018.

There are 2 inactive and shut in wells on this pad. Annulus vents are open and vented at time of inspection. 40% LEL and 0% combustible gas was detected at the production by intermediate (5-1/2 X 9-5/8) annulus vent. Production casting pressure gauge reads 4400 psi. There are 2 gas separator units and 2 tanks stored on location. All equipment has been disconnected from these two wells. No obvious concerns or violations are noted at time of inspection. This well passed inspection for placing it for inactive status.

There are 2 inactive and shut in wells on this pad. Annulus vents are open and vented at time of inspection. 40% LEL and 0% combustible gas was detected at the production by intermediate (5-1/2 X 9-5/8) annulus vent. Production casting pressure gauge reads 4400 psi. There are 2 gas separator units and 2 tanks stored on location. All equipment has been disconnected from these two wells.
