Contractors for Kriebel were onsite at the time of the inspection working to get the well plumbed and into production. The site had been regraded and was to be seed and mulched the week of 09/21/09. In maddition the final layer of gravel had been placed on the access road. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the acess road or well-site at the time of the inspection.
1840725 2009-11-03 No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed at the time of the inspection. Well appeared to be equipped for & in production. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation with relation to the access road or well-site. Site had been regraded, seeded, mulched and the vegetation had begun to grow. The access road and culvert inlets and outlets had been stabilized with rock. The operator should continue to monitor the site to insure that the vegetative covera attains 70% uniform coverage.
