| 2554226 | Primary Facility | 2017-01-12 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I entered the site and noted two wells in production (081-21246 and 081-20355). Records indicate the two other cellars have conductor only but I did not observe the conductor since the cellars were filled with gravel. Water from the well pad surface was flowing into drop inlets on the northwest and southwest corners of the well pad and flowing into ditches which flowed into the sedimentation basin. The concrete riser and dewatering structure was not functioning properly since water was seeping into the riser from around the outlet pipe and the dewatering structure was out of the water. Sediment laden water was observed flowing into the basin and out but was able to infiltrate. I recommend monitoring the E&S conditions onsite. No Violations Noted. |

I entered the site at 08:56 to evaluate a dewatering plan for the fresh water impoundment onsite. The plan calls for dewatering the impoundment using a pump and sprinkler onto the slope between the fresh water impoundment and the sedimentation basin. Overall, the dewatering plan describes how the operator will maintain compliance during the discharge of fresh water. The Department acknowledges receipt of the Freshwater Impoundment Dewatering Plan for the Eichenlaub B Well Site.No Violations Noted. |
| 2637772 | Primary Facility | 2017-09-19 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Four wells on pad: 2 in production and two or conductor only. The conductor-only wells are the Eichenlaub B 2 and the Eichenlaub B These wells may be plugged. I need to check back in the office. The Eichenlaub 1H Who is in production. No gas was detected on any of the three annular vents. Monitoring was conducted using Altair 5X gas meter calibrated on September 19, 2017. The Biddle Eichenlaub B 4 was also in production. No gas was detected on any of the three annular vents. The result of this inspection is, no violations. |
