2781110 | Primary Facility | 2018-09-27 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On September 27, 2018, the Department performed an inspection of the HG Energy, WFN4 well pad site. Present at the time of the inspection was Tessa Antolick (ARM) and Jay Kendra (HG). The site is located in West Finley Twp., Washington Co. The inspection was related to a request by the operator to meet on site and review the site before submitting an NOT for the ESCGP2 permit.
The operator has installed the PCSM structures on the site and plans to terminate the ESCGP2 permit. The well pad and access road are in good condition. There is a sand/gas buster tank on the well pad which the operator will need to remove prior to termination of the ESCGP2 permit. The Brine/Condensate Tanks and GPUs are in good condition with secondary containment. The 2 Infiltration Berms (PCSMs) along the access road have been constructed and are functional. The 2 Infiltration Berms (PCSMs) along the well pad have been constructed and are functional. The site is stable with greater than 70% uniform perennial vegetative c |
