2504723 Primary Facility 2016-07-26 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Arrived @ 11:00. Weather: hot, cloudy, following thunder storm the previous day. Met with company man, Mike Langston. Also onsite were Sonny Stitts and Chris Stoble. At the time of my inspection, Consolidated Well Site Services was snubbing tubing. At ¿ 13:50, the snubbing unit tagged out short at 8284’ with 256 joints (target depth was 9142’). The crew was gearing up to remove the tubing from the hole as I left the location at 14:10.
2572153 Primary Facility 2017-03-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted

Arrived @ 14:19. Weather: windy. No personnel onsite. 3 producing wells on location. Cellars gravel-filled. Each well had one annular vent. No combustible gas was detected (Altair 5X gas meter calibrated on 03/06/17). Null Eugene A Unit 02H: top gauge: 800 psi (0-10,000 psi analog). Null Eugene 03: leaking gas from needle valve at the top of the well. Verified that it was combustible gas and called Irv Gleason, who texted later that it was fixed. Null Eugene 01H: no gauge. Left @ 15:20.

2790941 Primary Facility 2018-10-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Three wells stage for production. Three water separators. No leaks detected from production equipment. No violations noted.
