2794639 Primary Facility 2018-10-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Alliance Petroleum Corporation's conventional well (027-21092) on October 25, 2018. The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored. Restored site is well vegetated. No signs of E&S issues. Brine tank is labeled with the well permit number. Chart recorder is dated 10/1/18. Flakey paint and corrosion were observed on the well head, separator, and axillary piping. The Department recommends monitoring the production equipment and replacing and/or repainting the equipment if necessary. Department staff used an Altair 5x gas meter during the inspection. No combustible gases were detected.
