2594919 Primary Facility 2017-05-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Bigley Well Site located in Amwell Township, Washington County.

The Act 9 sign was in place and clearly legible at the site entrance which was secured with a locked gate. All required documentation was available on-site. The access road and the well pad are in good condition and the site is stabilized with vegetative growth.

The secondary containment structure around the production tanks appears to be in good condition and functioning as intended. The gas wells appear to be in good working order and are each labelled as required.

No violations were noted during the inspection.

2832441 Primary Facility 2019-01-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 1/18/2019 at approximately 1000, I conducted a routine inspection of the Bigley well site located in Amwell Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • Production fluid tanks within secondary containment and appeared in good condition.
  • GPUs appeared in good condition.
  • All wells on site clearly marked and appeared in good condition.
  • The site appeared stable with no signs of accelerated erosion.

No violations observed during inspection.
