2820378 Primary Facility 2018-12-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 12/19/2018 at approximately 11:00, I conducted a routine inspection of the Bon-De Inc well pad located in Independence Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and appeared in good condition.
  • GPUs on site appeared in good condition.
  • All wells on site were clearly marked and appeared in good condition.
  • Retention berms adjacent to well pad were seeded and mulched and appeared stable with no signs of accelerated erosion.
  • Freshwater storage structure being utilized on site.
  • The site appeared stable with no signs of accelerated erosion.

No violations were found during this inspection.
