Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2036030 Primary Facility 2012-01-17 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Cellars covered with plates. Currently waiting for a rig to arrive on site.
2050063 Primary Facility 2012-02-28 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Falcon 24 will drill this well last. Location is in good condition. No problems at time of inspection.
2052265 Primary Facility 2012-02-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2074440 Primary Facility 2012-06-01 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2078052 Primary Facility 2012-06-21 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted On June 21, 2012, at about 12:30, I investigated a reported impacted water supply in Prosperity PA. The water source was identified by Range Resources as “Lindley Spring #2” and is owned by Mr. John Lindley of 76 Heritage Trail. Road in Prosperity. The spring supplies the water for Mrs. Helen Swart who has a trailer on a lot she rents from Mr. Lindley. Spring #2 is developed and has an underground reservoir.
2079851 Primary Facility 2012-06-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On June 21, 2012, I stopped at the Sten Pad for an inspection.
2088775 Primary Facility 2012-08-03 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted On July 21, 2012, I received the final results from the samples I took on June 21, 2012. The samples indicate that the spring is under the influence of surface water as it tested positive for both total coliform and also E. coli. Chemically the water is actually quite good and all analytes are easily MCL limits. When compared with the pre-drill data, there is a slight increase in chlorides but these are still 65X less than the secondary MCL. All other analytes results are comparable to their pre-drill data.
2142650 Primary Facility 2013-02-14 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2146242 Primary Facility 2013-02-21 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted On February 21, 2013, I stopped at the Sten Pad for an inspection initated by the above referenced complaint.
2352062 Primary Facility 2015-03-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Friday March 13th 2015, I inspected the Sten site in response to an extension request and made the following observations:
2353387 Primary Facility 2015-03-06 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted On March 6th 2015, file review in response to a request for a restoration extension indicated the following:
2383574 Primary Facility 2015-06-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 6/19/15, I inspected the Sten site as a routine inspection and made the following observations:
2387645 Primary Facility 2015-06-26 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted On 6/26/15, I inspected the Sten site as a follow up inspection and to confirm that the pad size had not been reduced from initial constructed dimensions; the pad was still at full size. The site currently meets department requirements for extension.
2410882 Primary Facility 2015-09-11 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted On 9/11/15, I performed a compliance evaluation inspection for the Sten site in reference to a violation recorded on 6/19/15 and made the following observations:
2691447 Primary Facility 2018-02-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Monday, February 5, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection of the Sten Well Site located in Morris Township, Washington County.

The gas well, Unit 5H (125-24425), and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The gas well was labelled as required.

No violations were identified during the inspection.
