Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1851367 Primary Facility 2009-12-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well completed, Pit still in, fenced and lined, 6 tanks contained, site in good condition
1884853 Primary Facility 2010-05-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 5/17/2010 Nick Staffieri and myself visited this well site in order to obtain water samples from Cross Creek Lake.
1885462 Primary Facility 2010-05-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On May 13, 2010 I visited this site in response to a restoration extension request submitted by the operator on 3/15/2010. Also on site was Range Resources E&S Supervisor Jeremy Matinko. TD was reached on 3/02/09. The drilling pits had been filled and closed. E&S controls were still in place and functioning. No accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and after each runoff event until the site has reached uniform 70% vegetative cover. The restoration could not be completed during the 9 month period due to scheduling conflicts with the frac crews and equipment. The extension is approved. The deadline for restoration is June 2 2010.
1946694 Primary Facility 2011-01-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On January 10th, 2011 I visited this site as a routine inspection. Drilling was completed and the well was in production. The access road was in good condition. A well tag was present. The well heads were fenced. 6 storage tanks were on site and were surrounded by a steel dike and security fence. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of inspection.
