2836498 | Primary Facility | 2019-02-06 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Shughart 534 Well Pad in Richmond Twp, Tioga County on 2/6/2019 at 1320 hours. The weather was cloudy with rain and 36 degrees. The E&S Plan was found in the mailbox by the site entrance sign. The onsite inspection log was found in the mailbox by the production tank. Last self-inspection was conducted on 2/5/2019 and noted no issues.
There are currently three wells (1H, 3H & 5H) producing onsite. All fluids field measured on the pad surface and in PCSM BMPs were within normal conductivity ranges. All PCSM BMPs were in place and functioning. The pad remains well vegetated and stabilized. No erosion issues were observed. The water bars along the steep portions of the access road are holding up well. No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1355. |
