Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2319461 Primary Facility 2014-11-07 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted During inspection of Grimm # 16 well tank farm, permit # (051-23517) the ¼” valve was broken by cows entering a fence in area to protect a tank farm and well by pushing gates off hinges. Evidence shows in pictures that the cows get inside this area quite often. There no evidence of contamination from 100 barrel- tank all though tank is in deplorable condition. The pictures show condition of this tank. To prevent this happening again the operator is going to attempt to stabilize the gate so cows cannot push over with 1 ½ “ tubing in near future. The operator is having the brine tank fluids removed today. The well is (SI) shut –in until these issues are addressed by operator.
