Evidence shows in pictures that the cows get inside this area quite often. There no evidence of contamination from 100 barrel- tank all though tank is in deplorable condition. The pictures show condition of this tank. To prevent this happening again the operator is going to attempt to stabilize the gate so cows cannot push over with 1 ½ “ tubing in near future. The operator is having the brine tank fluids removed today. The well is (SI) shut –in until these issues are addressed by operator. |
