I entered the site at 12:05. At the time of the inspection, the Cotton Hanlon 1H (081-21428) and the Weiler 1H (081-21429) wells were in production. The fresh water tank pad at the access road remains installed but the tank has been removed. The PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) is permitted for this site has not been implemented. The roadside ditch leading to the first stilling basin (Approximately 575’ south of Barnes Hill Road) has erosion which is causing water to flow around the basin. The well pad was constructed as designed but the permitted plan has an impoundment located south of the well pad. Stormwater is handled by an infiltration berm which has not yet been implemented. The latest restoration schedule, submitted on 11/16/016, indicates Chief is planning to restore the site on 6/10/2017. Currently, the site has not been restored as per 3216(c) of the Oil and Gas Act as amended by Act 13. I recommend implementing the PCSM designed for th
