2164423 Primary Facility 2013-05-07 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2216508 Primary Facility 2013-10-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2261512 Primary Facility 2014-04-02 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted diesel-based mud components washed off containment by rain water. Vios cited to 081-21197.
2292736 Primary Facility 2014-07-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2299685 Primary Facility 2014-08-19 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted After arriving onsite I spoke with Randi Mathew and Zach Subra (Range) and we walked the site. Weatherford was onsite conducting active completions operations (perf. and frac.) but was not under pressure at the time of the inspection.
2305635 Primary Facility 2014-09-12 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted According to the spill notification (13:30), the southeastern-most tank was overfilled and sprayed flowback/sand outside containment approximately 30-40 gallons. Upon further investigation, Mr. Subra noted it appeared the sprayed material had flowed under the corner of the containment. Onsite personnel had already begun to remove the spilled flowback from containment (vacuum truck) and had roughly scraped the pad surface. The pad material that was removed has been stockpiled with other material awaiting sample results for disposal. A small sump/berm was constructed on the south side of containment and I collected a grab sample (3440198) from this location at 15:00. According to Range personnel, the easternmost tank would be removed to determine the extent the spill under the tank containment. violations to 081-21197
2315055 Primary Facility 2014-10-14 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted This inspection was intended to evaluate compliance for violations cited on 9/12/2014 in relation to a flowback spill to the pad surface of 30-40 gallons.
2627655 Primary Facility 2017-08-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection of unconventional well in production. No violations noted at time of inspection.
2775072 Primary Facility 2018-09-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Eight wells staged for production phase. Eight each water separators. Dump lines wrapped in insulating blanket. No leaks detected from production equipment. No violations noted.
