2520371 Primary Facility 2016-09-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2531222 Primary Facility 2016-10-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine Inspection; 10/20/2016.

At the time of the inspection, the six wells (081-20571, 081-20570, 081-20569, 081-20568, 081-20567, 081-20566) onsite were in production. I met with representatives of Range Resources and Hawbaker Construction onsite. PCSM facilities (two infiltration berms/basins) and conveyances we being installed, seeded, and stabilized. The construction of the PCSM features was being performed based on a modification to the ESCGP and a 2-years restoration extension which were approved on 9/14/2016. E&S controls were installed and functioning properly. Overall, the site is in good condition. No Violations Noted.

2775657 Primary Facility 2018-09-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Six wells staged for production phase. Six each water separators. Dump lines wrapped in insulating blanket. No leaks detected from production equipment. Methanol tanks located near well heads. No violations noted.
