2632125 Primary Facility 2017-08-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted PCSM is being implemented according to the PCSM/Site Restoration Plans. Perimeter E & S controls are installed and functioning properly. The surface of the well pad us being reduced. Scouring of the top-rock was noted on the access road. I recommend addressing the scouring along the access road to maintain designed drainage patterns. No violations noted.
2779247 Primary Facility 2018-09-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representatives Sue Herzing and Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at Range Resources Ogontz 30-35 well pad on September 19, 2018.

There are a total of 7 producing Marcellus wells located on this well pad (081-20506, 081-20507, 081-20508, 081-20509, 081-20510, 081-20511, 081-20732). All well cellars are full of gravel. All well heads are properly tagged. Two produced fluids tanks are stationed in secondary containment. Field screening for conductivity within the produced fluids tank was 64.2 uS/cm.

The ESCGP has been upgraded to an ESCGP2 and will expire on 10/31/21. PCSM infiltration basins are in place per the plans. The well pad has been reduced in size.

No violations noted.
