2354920 Primary Facility 2015-03-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection sunny sky, no snow cover and ~20° F.
2471978 Primary Facility 2016-03-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routein inspection of well in production. No violations noted.
2519672 Primary Facility 2016-09-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived @ 14:41. There were two producing wells surrounded by concrete jersey barriers. No personnel were onsite. McWilliams Unit 1H: the 5-1/2” was plumbed to a pressure control valve that was losing combustible gas from the breather plug. The gauge on the device read ¿ 70 psi (0-160 psi, analog). An Altair 5X gas meter (calibrated on 9/7) was used to identify the gas.
McWilliams Unit 2H:

5-1/2” 670 psi (0-1500psi, analog) Top gauge: 640 psi (0-1500psi, analog). Left location @ 15:00.

2519781 Primary Facility 2016-09-13 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived @ 09:00. Weather: hot. This was a follow-up to my 9/7/16 inspection (IR # 2519672), which found plumbing arrangements on the McWilliams Unit 1H that were somewhat confusing. Met with Chris Stoble (lease operator). He explained that the McWilliams 1H was a low producing well. The pressure valve, which had been leaking at the time of my previous inspection, was coupled with a controller so that the well could periodically build up enough pressure on the 5-1/2” to intermittently produce. The produced gas from the 1H went through a dedicated in-line flow meter, but the gas was processed at the same GPU as the McWilliams 2H. It was not possible to produce the 1H through the tubing.

McWilliams 1H: no visible annular vent. Top gauge: 2500 psi (0-10,000 psi, analog). McWilliams 2H: 5-1/2”: 670 psi (0-1500, anal), top gauge: 640 psi (0-1500 psi, analog), 1 vent to polytank – no combustible gas detected. Left @ 10:00

2570706 Primary Facility 2017-03-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived @ 13:00, Weather: sunny, cloudy, very windy. There were two wells surrounded by concrete jersey barriers. No personnel were onsite.
McWilliams Unit 1H: shut-in

McWilliams Unit 2H: in production Top gauge: 640 psi (0-1500, analog). Left location @ 13:20.

2849775 Primary Facility 2019-03-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Two wells staged for production. One GPU in use. No leaks from production equipment.
