2356923 Primary Facility 2015-02-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Nomac Drilling Rig #42 was in the process of skidding the rig from the Franclaire W Wyo 1H well to the Franclaire W Wyo 6H well. Mack Murry and Terry Hooper of Chesapeake Energy were the Company Men on the location. While in the process of surveying the site, I observed what appears to be a mixture of drill cuttings and drilling mud with a drying agent intermixed into the pad surface and snow and ice in the backyard next to the site perimeter earthen berm. The secondary containment liner did not appear to extend to the top of the berm at the site fill slope. It appears as if the cuttings may have either overtopped one of the cuttings bins in the backyard. I also observed small areas of dark staining appearing to be mixed with a drying agent on the pad surface near the hydraulic lift for the drilling rig. I described the impacted areas of the pad surface to Mr. Hooper prior to departing from the site. Mr. Hooper stated that he would take a look at both areas on the pad surface as soon as possible.
