The operator has all water and waste tanks set within containment and all other storage tanks are contained as well. No spills or leaks are noted on this site. Vegetation around the site is mostly good, although some areas on the east and west sides of the site have sparse vegetation. The site ID sign is at the entrance to the site, as well as the mail box with the inspection log.
2758460 Primary Facility 2018-07-31 Site Restoration No Violations Noted This is a producing Marcellus shale location. Drilling and completions are finished and the operator has pulled much of the site matting. Large piles of stone are on site to be spread onto these areas. Vegetation is adequate around the site and along the access road. The access is stable and the areas around the crossings are in good condition. No spills or leaks are noted, and the tanks on site are set within containment. Proper signage is up around the site and at the entrance to the site. The mailbox containing E/S plans and inspection logs is available at the entrance as well.
