2572113 Primary Facility 2017-03-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection of completed and actively producing Marcellus well pad. SGL A pad occupied by (6) Marcellus wells, only (1) of which, the 13H (033-26920), is actively producing at this inspection. All wells tagged w/ API/Permit# on wellheads, and each of the associated produced fluids tanks plumbed to production fluids separators are also placarded w/ well Permit #. Each well served by a separate skid-mounted production unit spotted near the entrance onto the pad. Each production fluids separator unit is plumbed via buried 2" steel dump lines to a 400 bbl. vertical steel fluids tank, and all (6) produced fluids tanks spotted in a modular secondary containment structure. Containment shows ~2" accumulated rainwater, frozen solid at this visit.
There is an additional single 400 bbl. vertical steel tank spotted in a separate modular containment. This tank is used for freshwater to be fed into the backside of the production casing of selected wells on location where salt buildup is a problem, but thi
2709452 Primary Facility 2018-03-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 40 Deg. F and sunny at time of inspection. Routine inspection of Seneca Resources Corp., State Game Lands Pad, Well # 16H-90 on March 23, 2018. There are 6 active wells on this pad.

This well is temporary shut in due to operator currently working on scale/salts removal from the wellbore and equipment maintenance. Annular vent (8-5/8" x 5-1/2") is closed and not vented, plumed to the tank. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus or in the area immediately surrounding the well. No obvious concerns or violations are noted at time of inspection. Wellsite looks neat and well organized. Seneca Resources Corp. Representative Stephen Gus Simpson, Roustabout Foreman. DEP Representative - Ulyana Trynovich, Oil and Gas Inspector.

2806073 Primary Facility 2018-11-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Seneca Resources SGL 90 A well pad on November 21, 2018. No one was onsite during the inspection. There are a total of 6 drilled Marcellus wells located on this well pad. Each well head is properly labeled. Each well is plumbed to its own separate skid mounted GPU. In addition, each well is plumbed to 1 of (6) 400 bbl produced fluids tanks. Frozen water was observed within the produced fluids tank containment.

The well pad has been reduced in size and contoured back to approximate original contour. The ESCGP (ESCGP 1709801-Punxsutawney Hunting Club Phase 5) for the constructed of the well pad has been terminated by the Department in October 2013.

No violations noted.

2847274 Primary Facility 2019-02-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 33 Deg. F and sunny at time of inspection. Routine inspection of Seneca Resources Corp., D17-SGL90-A Pad, Well# 16H on February 22, 2019. There are 6 active, but temporary shut in wells on this pad due to active well's upgrade work on location.

Annular vent (8-5/8" x 5-1/2") is open and plumed to the tank. 0% combustible gas was detected in the area immediately surrounding the well. Production processing equipment on location includes 7 production water tanks, 6 gas processing units, measurement equipment ¿ orifice meter stations. No obvious concerns or violations are noted at time of inspection. Wellsite looks neat and well organized. Seneca Resources Corp. Representative - Stephen Gus Simpson, Roustabout Foreman. DEP Representative - Ulyana Trynovich, Oil and Gas Inspector.
