Patterson-UTI Rig 480 was on site. Jack Deuitt and Dave Sheffield were the company men. Impoundment construction was complete. Site pad was rutted and very muddy. Company men stated that new stone would be installed after rig skid. BMPs were in place. Drill pit was installed and sound. One side of pit was near capacity (but within freeboard limits) with fluid. Company men were notified. No violations noted at this time. |
