The site ID sign, E&S plan, E&S controls and perimeter of the site were observed. The last inspection conducted on behalf of PGE was on 9/30/11. Some perimeter BMPs had been removed and some were still installed. The site was stable, drilling was completed and the fracing process was currently being completed. Several puddles on the site showed elevated reading for specific conductivity. A sample was collected and submitted for analysis. Violations are pending the results of the analysis. A Well Restoration report was submitted for this site and is pending. | |
