Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2754021 Primary Facility 2018-07-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 70° and sunny at time of inspection. Met with Alta representative Bill Mitchel on location. At time of inspection rig had just started drilling the 17 1/2" hole for the surface casing. They are estimating a TD of 650'. Conducted a walk around inspection of location. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
2759493 Primary Facility 2018-07-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine Inspection; 7/27/2018.

I entered the site at 15:25 and talked to Bill Mitchell (company man). The Flexrig 225 was onsite drilling the curve (oil based mud) on the Elbow F&G C-213H (081-21729) well at the time of the inspection. The containment was in good condition and i recommend continued vacuuming as water has accumulated from precipitation. Overall, the site and access road have also held up well from the significant rainfall recently. No violations noted.

2769700 Primary Facility 2018-08-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I met R.D. Mann when I arrived. H&P 225 rig on location, drilling at 6300' on the 215H well. Overall condition of the containment and berms was good, but near the chemical containment area, the berm was completely covered by gravel, making it impossible to see. In the chemical containment area, I noted a rig wash tote set on a pallet that was not completely on the pallet and was leaning slightly as a result; I recommended to R.D that it be stabilized. Some water was present in secondary containments, but did not seem to be excessive. I also noted that the 6" drill mud line was vibrating and abrading the liner at a union near a 90 degree joint. R.D. told me he would see to these issues.
2776407 Primary Facility 2018-09-18 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Seven wells recently drilled. Rig no longer on location. Rig matting removed. Primary felt containment remains at this time. The containment is covered in drilling mud from washing of the rig matting. The operator is reminded to remove standing water before removal of the containment. Three puddles on the pad surface returned 250 uS/cm of conductivity. No spills detected at this time. Site stable. No violations noted.
