Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2143294 Primary Facility 02/26/2013 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2315246 Primary Facility 10/15/2014 Incident- Response to Accident or Event Violation(s) Noted Operator reported 6-8 barrels of diesel-based drill mud released to the pad surface. Due to intense rain, the product was mobilized from the pad, down a rock-lined swale, and into a sedimentation basin. booms and pads were installed but evidence of the spill was noted throughout. Violations noted to the active 2H well (081-21050). ECB approved ACT 2 final report 12/18/2014.
2315267 Primary Facility 10/16/2014 Incident- Response to Accident or Event Outstanding Violations - No Viols Req'd The plan going forward was to continue to vacuum from the sump on the well pad, install temporary outlets for stormwater to divert water away from the spill area, and begin excavating the rock-lined swale based on PID field screening. After the rock-lined swale is excavated, install tremporary E&S measures to minimize accelerated erosion and wait (hopefully no more than 3-5 days) for tanks and containment to be removed from overtop the original spill area. After the containment is removed the final excavation and confirmation sampling can begin.
2369188 Primary Facility 05/11/2015 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted At 16:28, I met with Zachary Subra on the location. On 5/9/2015, Range Resources reported 35-40 gallons of reclaimed produced water/brine was release to the pad surface. The release was then cleaned-up the same day and staged on containment. At the time of the inspection, trucks and equipment were being staged on the location in support of the completions operations on the nearby Roupp pad. A small 20'X20' area had been scraped near the southwest corner of the well pad. Due to the extremely dry conditions I screened field conductivity by using Deionized water mixed with the sample material. Field conductivity using this leachate test was 690 umhos/cm in the excavated area. Based on the field investigation, the release estimate appears reasonable. Violations Noted and Immediately Corrected.
2451695 Primary Facility 2016-02-08 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted The Well Site Restoration Reports submitted to the Department for the Corson Unit 1H (081-21049) and Corson Unit 2H (081-21050) contain no waste disposal information and are considered incomplete. I recommend evaluating the PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) requirements and re-submitting new Well Site Restoration Reports in the future. No Violations Noted.
2781356 Primary Facility 2018-09-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Two wells staged for production phase. Two each water separators. No leaks detected from production equipment. No violations noted.
