2790577 Primary Facility 2018-10-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On October 17, 2018 , Department representative Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at COP Tract 356 Pad D, monthly tank maintenance log, and weekly E&S inspection log were onsite for review. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated exceeding the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover.

There are a total of 6 producing wells located on this well pad. All wells are tagged with API/we’ll permit numbers. No bubbling within the cellars was observed. There are 6 GPU’s located in secondary containment. 1 sand separator is located on the pad.

An area that is bermed off with timber mats in it contained water measuring 3.3 mS/cm. The Department recommends vacuuming the water out of the bermed area.

No violations noted.
