Weather was 77° and sunny at time of inspection. Well had a 0 to 2000 PSI gauge attached that read 200 psi at time of inspection. Tested 13 3/8 x 20 annulus vent, 0% combustible gas detected at time of inspection. There was no 9 5/8 x 13 3/8 annulus vent observed at time of inspection. 5 1/2 x 9 5/8 annulus vent was plumbed to a poly tank. Tested with Altair 5x gas meter. 100% lel and 35% methane was detected at time of inspection. |
| 2802216 | Primary Facility | 2018-11-13 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On November 13, 2018, Department representative Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at Range Resources, LLC. Dog Run Well Pad. Monthly tank maintenance log was onsite for review. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover.
There are a total of 3 producing wells located on this well pad. All wells are tagged with API/well permit numbers. Cellars are filled in. There are 3 GPU’s and 1 steel vertical production fluids tanks onsite. Both GPUs and production fluid tanks were stationed in secondary containment. No violations noted. |
