2758290 Primary Facility 2018-07-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 7/30/2018 at approximately 1115, I conducted a routine site inspection of the Chechuck Well Site located in Cross Creek Township, Washington County to assess the site's overall restoration and stability. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign at the access road entrance was in good condition.
  • There did not appear to be well tags on any of the four wells on site.
  • A sheen was observed in the water underneath one of the four wells. A rattling noise could also be heard from the well.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were in secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition.
  • GPUs appeared to be in good condition.
2759337 Primary Facility 2018-08-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appears to be in production. On site inspection shows no apparent violations. NOVIO

Temporary masking of wellhead for painting operations has obscured well API Number, operator must ensure number is readily visible after maintenance operations are complete.
