At time of inspection well appears to be plugged. It appears a buried plate is installed over well. Silt fence installed around perimeter of site; no E and S issues observed. Site appears seeded and mulched. Vegetation growing. Department unable to locate E and S plan on site. Department contacted operator rep Tony Arone by phone. Mr. Arone stated the plan was on site during plugging operations and provided a copy to the Department via email. Department recommends operator ensure E and S plan is on site until permanent stabilization. |
