2856935 Primary Facility 2019-03-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This location can be accessed from Shelby Circle, in Pleasant Township, Warren County, PA; or from Chari Lane in South Warren. This is a combination oil/gas producing well fitted with an electrically driven pump-jack. The API ID is clearly posted on the electrical service box for the pump-jack. The main valve from the production string appears to be closed. The main valve from the casing string, however, appears to be open. No major leaks or spills are evident. The well is positioned at a Y in its accessing road. The location is well vegetated and stable. The accessing road appears to predominantly be travelled by ATV and used at a minimum. Continued, routine maintenance with regard to the road, however, is advised. No E & S or stabilization issues noted.
