2656372 Primary Facility 2017-10-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On October 30, 2017, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the SWN Production Company, LLC, GU-Clark-Jennings-7-Pad in Herrick Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Nobody was present for SWN.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was well vegetated and no erosion or sedimentation issues were observed. The well pad has not been reduced in size, and PCSM has not been addressed at the site. The Department recommends following the stipulations of the Consent Order & Agreement regarding site restoration.

Three wells were in production during the inspection. The wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed. One production tank and three GPUs were on site. All conductivity readings taken from puddles on the pad were low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the surface of the well pad.

No violations were observed during the inspection.

2720338 Primary Facility 2018-04-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Three wells staged for production. No leaks detected. Site stable. No violations noted.
2816542 Primary Facility 2018-12-17 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of SWN's Chilson Jennings (7 PAD) in Herrick Twp, Bradford County on 12/17/2018 at 1130 hours. The weather was cloudy and 37 degrees. The inspection was conducted in response to a well site restoration report received by the DEP.

This site currently has three wells in production with one production tank. The large portion to the west of the pad that includes the infiltration berm has recently been disturbed. The area is covered with hay/straw but 70% perennial vegetation has not been achieved. Also, temporary E&S BMPs (silt sock) was still in place to prevent erosional discharges. There is also a smaller portion along the access road with similar characteristics.

This well site restoration report is considered returned at this time. Upon permanent stabilization and removal of temporary E&S BMPS and resubmission, the report could then be accepted.

No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1200 hours.
