Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2719255 Primary Facility 2018-04-17 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted The well was spud on 4/17/18. Operator has drilled a 30-inch borehole to 40'. The conductor pipe has not been installed and cemented at the time of the inspection.

The operator intends to install a mousehole adjacent to the wellbore.

2720257 Primary Facility 2018-04-19 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted The well was spud on 4/17/18. The operator drilled a 30-inch borehole to 40'. A 26" conductor pipe has been set at 40' and was cemented to the surface by displacement through tubing on 4/18/18.

A mouse hole has been installed adjacent to the conductor. The mouse hole was completed by drilling a 20" borehole to 75'. A 16" pipe was set at 75' and cemented to the surface by displacement through tubing. The 16" mouse hole pipe is capped on the bottom.

The operator is currently installing well cellars.

2726109 Primary Facility 2018-05-03 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Operator has set surface and coal protective casings. Operator is currently drilling intermediate borehole section. Cement did not circulate to surface on the 18 5/8" surface casing. Operator tagged cement @ 100'. Operator ran tubing, tagged cement, and grouted the casing annulus through tubing. 240 bbls pumped. 1 bbl cement displaced to the surface. Operator ran a bond log to evaluate cement bond.
