2396142 Primary Facility 07/29/2015 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department inspected the Talisman Energy – Moretz Well Pad, ESX09-015-0083, in Wells Twp., Bradford Co. on 7/20/2015 at 1230 hours. 7/29/2015: Returned to the site location @ 1200 hours to obtain soil EC readings. The EC in the dead/distressed vegetation area near the pad edge was measured at 7.06 mS/cm , using a Hanna soil conductivity meter. The readings decreased to 3.66 mS/cm and 1.37 mS/cm as the soil conductivity was measured further down the swath, away from the pad. Talisman Energy was contacted regarding the findings, and advised to investigate further. Talisman notified the Department it is sending a consultant to the location to delineate the area of elevated soil conductivity. They will obtain a soil sample to analyze for the DEP’s brine parameter list. Talisman will contact the Department with their findings. A follow-up inspection will be conducted. No violations issued at this time.
2589211 Primary Facility 2017-05-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection to assess overall site conditions. I arrived on site at 12:55 hrs. No violations cited.
2811250 Primary Facility 2018-12-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of Repsol Oil & Gas's Moretz (03-036) Well Pad in Wells Twp, Bradford County on 12/6/2018 at 0935 hours. The weather was cloudy and 27 degrees. The inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP for the site's ESCGP.

There is one actively producing well onsite with 3 others plugged. All PCSM BMPs are in place and appear to be functioning. The site is well vegetated and stabilized and no erosional issues were observed. No temporary E&S BMPs were observed onsite.

I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. Upon submission, a Well Site Restoration Report will also be accepted.

No violations noted, I departed the site at 1005.
