Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1843953 Primary Facility 11/17/2009 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted nomac rig 332 1024 ft deep rig waiting on cement crew to get to location to cement casing
2417364 Primary Facility 10/14/2015 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2513287 Primary Facility 2016-08-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2598872 Primary Facility 2017-05-30 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted I arrived on-site @ 09:20 hrs. in response to a deficient tank notification received on 5/26/17. The damaged tank was still present in containment; water that had collected in the containment had an electrical conductance of 5.09 mS/cm. Water outside of the containment did not appear to show elevated electrical conductance (.250- .570 mS/cm). A new fiberglass tank was present near the GPUs, not in containment. I contacted Eric Haskins of Chesapeake, and he informed me that it was a double walled tank. Chesapeake plans to replace all of their steel tanks with these tanks, but will be placing them in containment in the future. I departed the site @ 10:05 hrs.
2614113 Primary Facility 2017-07-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection to assess overall site conditions. No violations cited.
2673764 Primary Facility 2017-12-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Two Wells in production phase. Two each sand and water separators. No leaks detected from production equipment. No violations noted.
2842325 Primary Facility 2019-02-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Warm/windy at time of inspection.

Wrong well ID tag on well. Spoke with Eric Haskins from chesapeake and the correct well tag was placed on the well later in the day.
