Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2067376 Primary Facility 05/11/2012 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted SITE LOOKED GOOD AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
2083788 Primary Facility 06/25/2012 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department conducted a Routine Inspection of the above referenced Marcellus Well. They are currently drilling on the pad. The site is in over-all good condition. I believe they are drilling the last of the 9 Wells. The drill pit appears to have 5 feet of freeboard and does contain drill cuttings and contaminated drill water. The site has obtained temp stabilization and the BMP's appear to be in good working condition.
2101183 Primary Facility 09/04/2012 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Currently frackinh the wells on this pad.
2315736 Primary Facility 08/04/2014 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well in production. Well in compliance.
2506782 Primary Facility 2016-06-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well properly identified. Well is equipped with production equipment and one 400 bbl production tank.
2542315 Primary Facility 2016-11-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine/complete inspection performed at the request of the operator.
2733545 Primary Facility 2018-05-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Friday, May, 4, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Scott Run Well Site located in Center Township, Greene County.

Gas well 591336 and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was labelled.

No violations were identified during the inspection.
