It was noted that this may have already occurred and that the operator had maintained the eisting erosion controls as neccesary as a result of this runoff flow. Touched base with MDS Enegry via phone regarding this site and the recommendation that some action be taken to bring this low level area up to meet the remainder of the well pad. Drill pit onsite, it contained fluids and it had more than the reqired two feet of lined freeboard. |
