2483037 Primary Facility 2016-01-04 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted On 1/4/16, I performed a routine partial inspection of the Bakerstown Road Pad in response to an operator request for review of redline changes and made the following observations:

•The operator requested a redline change involving a temporary waterline crossing the site access road. The request was approved. •Site equipment appeared in good condition. Snow cover prevented inspection of surface features in most areas.

2660544 Primary Facility 2017-11-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well drilled and equipped for production. Well apprautus, brine tanks and gas production units appears to be sound condition. No observation of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation the well pad or access road.
