1894316 Primary Facility 06/23/2010 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On June 23rd, 2010 I conducted a routine inspection of the above site. Drilling was completed 01/18/2005. The well was in production. The well site appeared to be in compliance. The access road was in good condition. A well tag was present. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of the inspection. The site was well vegetated.
1915858 Primary Facility 08/20/2010 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted SITE IS RESTORED AND VEGETATED. WELL IS EQUIPTED WITH A DUMP SYSTEM, AND BRINE TANK. ACCESS IS STEEP AND IN FAIR CONDITION.
