Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
356439 1988-11-08 No Violations Noted
356440 1989-05-18 No Violations Noted
1941805 2011-01-05 No Violations Noted This inspection was completed with Kastle production manager Scott Tiption and his dirt contractor, Kevin Saffell to determine if distance restrcitons maybe an issue with the well pad site. Upon inspection I found (2) small streams, one on the north fringe of the site and the other on the south fringe of the site that could be within 100 ft of the well pad site. There is some room on the site to move the well pad fringe that would allow distance restrictions to be met. Scott will work with moving the well pad to meet the distance restrictons, but if he cannot meet the 100 ft setback, then he will apply for a waiver.
1995455 2011-08-01 No Violations Noted On-site with Scott Tiption from Kastle Resources, to look at the location of the endangered plant "polygala polygama" to determine if the proposed Well Taylor #5 can be completed on this exsisitng well site w/o distrubing the plant. It was determined that it may be possible to move the propsoed pit locations to the SW corner of the site and aviod the plants. Scott will discussed this idea with the dirt contractor to see if there is room and then contact me to let me know what they decide. Scott is also contacting Adam Hnatkovich, from PADCNR Bureau of Forestry, who is handling the PNDI invesitagtion for th State to update him on our plans.
