1952848	2011-02-25	No Violations Noted	Remarks: On February 25th, 2011 I conducted an inspection for an OG 57 Request for waiver of distance requirement. The well site is proposed to be constructed within 100 ft. from an unnamed tributary to Little Plum Creek. Well was site staked. Construction has not begun. Proposed E & S plan should protect stream from adverse impact during site/well development if properly implemented & maintained. Drill cuttings are to be land farmed on site. Operator must ensure that the surface of the land farm area is at least 20 inches above the seasonal high groundwater table. Proposed well site disturbance area may need CH105 permit(s) if disturbance encroaches within 50¿ of the protected area.
