1256844914 2013-03-20 Status check inspection found the drilling company finishing hooking up to the conductor pipe and getting ready to start drilling their surface hole.
1276299159 2013-03-26 Inspection of the drilling process found the current depth of 1350' using a 17.5 bit and drilling on air. The company is currently running a borehole deviation survey.
1363519559 2013-03-16 Inspector receive notification that the said well has been spudded on this day and the top hole rig is attempting to set the tin horn or cellar.
1364127046 2013-03-23 Inspector on site to witness the running and cementing of the 18.625 surface casing, 378' of casing was set and cemented back to surface with 100% cement excess ran and 110 bbl of cement returns to surface, the casing was tested to 600 psi over lift pressure upon the landing of the cement plug.
1365426388 2013-04-08 Status check inspection on the current drilling progress found the current drilling depth to be 6882' using a 12.250 drill bit. Total depth to e drilled for this stage is 7090.
1365725848 2013-04-11 Status check inspection to witness the 2nd stage of the 9.625 casing cement job.
1366045645 2013-04-15 Inspection and status check on the drilling progress found the current drilling depth to be 7520' using a 8.5 drill bit with the current bore hole position in the Horizontal curve section and drilling on oil base mud.
1366333323 2013-04-18 Status check inspection @ 7:30 Am found the current drilling depth to be 11,608' using a 8.5 drill bit and oil based drilling fluid with the current bore hole position in the horizontal section. The projected well total bore hole depth is to be 13,542'.
1366337907 2013-04-18 I received a call from the rig superintendent at 11:15 Am requesting me to return to the drilling rig due to a flow line failure casing oil based drilling mud to be discharged under pressure across the South East side of the drill site impoundment. Upon arrival I photographed the site and did a perimeter check finding no drilling fluids had left the site. A remedial clean up procedure was discussed with the affected surface material already being cleaned up and placed into box containers and being hauled to a EPA approved landfill. There was damage to contractor vehicles by flying debris, the vehicles and a mud loggers trailer were also covered by oil based mud. All equipment to be cleaned will be done inside of a containment area and the site will have and surface water and oil base mud vacuumed up and the material hauled to an approved disposal facility for the remainder of the project.
1366752181 2013-04-23 Inspection found the drilling rig currently broke down while in the process of running the 5.5 production casing. Review of the area affected by the oil based drilling fluid spill on 04/18/13 found the affected area cleaned up.
1366975743 2013-04-25 Upon inspection it was found that the well bore drilling process has been completed and the drilling rig is rigging down and moving off location. Inspector will note that I had to call Neighbors Completion services and have a correct cement job log ticket emailed to me for the 5.5 production casing.
1368451957 2013-05-13 Status check inspection of the completion process found US Well Service currently stimulating the 9th stage to be completed.
1370526726 2013-06-06 Status check inspection of the completion process found the stimulation process and well bore clean out complete. The well is waiting the completion of the transportation gas line and then will be put in line.
1383150412 2013-10-30 Inspection found the well capable of production and 8- 400 barrel production tanks located on site.
1386949410 2013-12-12 Bill Stolarik and I stopped in at the location and inspected the site. Well is in production. Tanks, dike and identifications are in place.
145677537 2014-07-30 Status check inspection on the preliminary restoration found the well drilling and stimulation process is now complete and the well is in line and producing with 8- 400 barrel production tanks on site servicing all 6 wells on the drill pad now in production.
-1495067021 2013-03-16 The company man on site notified me on Sunday @ 2:00 PM that the top hole rig contractors Ranson is not able to reach the 100' mark needed as per permit conditions on their conductor string due to being in solid bedrock and the rig not being able to drill the hard shale rock. I notified my supervisor and asked permission for them to set conductor @ 85'; After discussion and permit review and the understanding that the next string to be set is the surface pipe @ 340' My supervisor Rocky and myself agreed that they could set the conductor at 85'. Notification was sent to Steve Opritza in the Divisions permitting section on 03/18/13.
1512766814 2013-05-28 Status check inspection found the service co completed drilling out the bridge plugs and pulling out of the hole with the tubing work over drill string and preparing to run in the hole with the tubing production string to be set at 8723'.
-1967824512 2013-04-22 Notification was received from the company man on site in regards to the well bore total drilling depth of 13,552' being reached and the company getting ready to run the production casing.
-2005035894 2013-04-04 Status check inspection found the current drilling depth of 5052' and the rig pulling out of the hole with the drill string to pick up a tri cone drill bit due to the formation making fluid and the hammer bit not making acceptable progress.
-256041210 2013-12-12 The well is in production and on line, The company has completed 3 wells on the pad and is currently in the process of drilling 3 more.
-478070717 2013-03-28 Inspector received phone notification and stopped by the drill site in regards to the completion of the current intermediate drilling stage total drilling depth being reached. A total depth of 2036' was reached using a 17.50 bit and the company is conditioning the bore hole preparing to run the 13.375 intermediate casing string. The casing tally was reviewed and received noting proper centralizer placement along with a casing shoe and float collar being ran.
663806946 2013-04-01 Inspection and notification documentation of the setting of the 13.375 casing string. Notification was received and inspector was in phone contact with the rig supervisor on 03/29/2013 with notice received of the running and setting of 2026' of 13.375 production casing, with cement returns to surface and all records received on 04/01/2013.
-86688573 2013-05-30 Status check inspection on the drilling out of the completion plugs found the company rigging up to start their clean out run. I also discussed the placement of the Methanol on site and had the company move the stored material away from their line heaters.
