1173292565 2013-07-03 Witnessed the cementing of the 13.375 casing. Universal did the cementing. Good circulation and good returns were observed at the surface. Mr. Ray Decker and Mr. Sparky Bare were on site.
-1285088614 2013-08-05 Company has been pumping water out of this well to use for fracing. They have a mega tank assembled on the pad. It is about 2/3 full. Accompanied on inspection by permitting geologist Rick Cisler, Kenny Brown, and intern Andrew Destocki.
1372081252 2013-06-22 Express energy drill a 36open hole to 42' and then a 32' on to 100'. The rig then installed 26casing at 100lb/ft. Ran to a depth of 100'. Mixed 355 sacks of class A cement . Displaced with 55 barrel of fersh water. Good slurry returns.
-1475387545 2013-07-11 Rig and support completely moved off of site. Tank battery not constructed yet. Panels are on site and ready to put together for tank battery. New GPS taken at well head.
-1960432084 2013-06-29 Witnessed the cementing of the surface casing. 375 feet of 20 inch pipe was ran in 390 feet of 24 inch hole. Good circulation was achieved throughout the whole job. Good returns were observed at the surface. There were no chlorides detected in the mix water.
-1987766182 2013-07-02 Rig was shut down again due to the waste handlers. Depth at the time of inspection was 1080 feet. Spoke with Mr. Ray Decker on site. I tested the mix water for the upcoming cement job. It tested at 5.4 with a low range quantab. That means 336 parts per million chlorides. I notified Mr. Decker of this, and he opted to bring different freshwater haulers and test their water for chlorides.
2020751561 2013-06-26 Rig modifications and repairs were being made at the time of inspection. Spoke with Mr Ray Decker on site. He stated that rig had sat for 6 months and the hoses needed replaced. They also had to plumb everything up for the closed loop system.
