Field is on Tank Farm Road and is adjacent to BP Oil property which has large storage/distribution tanks. There are 2 pipelines crossing the field. Landowner noted oil in field and contacted BP Oil. A backhoe was brought in to excavate to check if there was a leak from the pipeline or tanks. An old steel well casing was found approximately 2 feet below ground. A vac truck removed oil from the site and a 12 inch pipe was installed to contain discharge from the well. | ||||
