1379147294	2013-07-17	Upon inspection of the shale site notification was received that the company would be plugging the incomplete well, Company records show 80' of 20 conductor was set and the hole drilled to 100', We will run a 1 string to bottom and plug solid to surface accordingly.
2106149403	2015-01-27	On this ay I received a request from HG Energy's office to complete the final restoration. It was observed that on 04/27/2014 the said well was plugged with only the 100' x 20conductor being set prior to plugging. The well was located on the active Whitacre 701 shale pad. Final Restoration approved.
-230997544	2013-01-04	Notification was received by phone from the company man on site that the current depth of 8330' has been reached using a 12.250 bit and they were in the process of pulling the drill string to begin running the 9.625 casing string.
7638895	2013-07-25	The said well was plugged and abandoned on 07/24/13 with notification to the inspector from the company man on site before the commencement of the work. The well had 80' of 20 conductor only set and was plugged to surface. I also discussed witht the company man on site the general condition of the location and the high chloride levels found in the water laying on the drill pad surface. The company immediately started site remediation. I spoke with my supervisor Rocky King on this matter.
