-1747625203 2015-04-06 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve is open. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 210 BBL brine tank, and two mechanical separators. The proper identification is located on the tank battery and the wellhead. The lease road is in stable condition. The lease road and tank battery are being shared by permit number 2-1796.
613778595 2008-12-03 Tank battery has two 210BBL tanks, two mechanical separators in it. Permit 1796 is also produced into tank battery. Lease road is stable and in good repair. Dike is in good repair. Unable to check well, site is fenced with barb wire. Horse in the pasture. Farmer not on site at the time of inspection.
-987172829 2011-01-03 Well is a rabbit well. Site is stable, area has been graded seeded and returned to agricultural pasture. Barbed wire fence is up around the well to protect well from live stock. Hostetler #1 is also produced into the same tank battery. 200Bbl tanks and two mechanical separators are in the battery. Replaced drain pipe cap during inspection. Dike is in good repair once drain pipe cap was replaced. Lease road is stable.
