He said this was the first time he has ever received a tax statement and that he has never received royalties for these wells from Stonebridge.

543856157	2012-11-19		I inspected well as part of landowner complaint on another Stonebridge well at same property. This particular well is currently not producing. There is one 100 barrel tank and a separator. There is no meter box and landowner stated Stonebridge came and disassembled the meter. Well has no legible ID. Valves are all shut at tank and wellhead. There is a house gas meter at the well head which is tied into main gas line and not wellhead. Stonebridge has been reporting production although well is not producing. Stonebridge needs to either produce the well or plug it. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of bond.

There is no meter in the meter box and there are no lines attached to part of the separator. There is a black flow line that is disconnected between the tank and the wellhead. There is still no identification posted at location. The landowner was present and stated noone has been out to work on either of the wells and both have no produced in a long time.
