-1367617707 2013-10-10 Inspected production well on 10/10/2013. Tank battery consists of 3-210 bbl tanks and 3 separators on a gravel pad inside a locked metal fence. Well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within a locked metal fence. Well identification is posted at both the tank battery and the well. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1807103023 2013-03-06 I inspected this well and found one electric powered pump jack on the wellhead. I could not determine the pressure on the casing or on the tubing as there were no gauges installed on either. No leaks were seen on the wellhead or on the adjacent piping and the area around the well was nicely maintained. The wellhead and pump jack were enclosed with a steel chain link barbed wire fence with a locked access gate. A small well identification sign was posted on the front section of the fence. The tank battery contained three 210 bbl. steel oil storage tanks, one in ground concrete brine storage tank, three vertical oil and gas separator units, three gas sales runs each with an enclosed gas sales chart recorder and three drip assemblies. The proper identification signage was posted on the steel tanks and no visible leaks were seen on the tanks or piping within the tank battery. The dike was in good shape and the area within and around the tank battery was well maintained. The entire tank battery was enclosed with a steel chain link barbed wire fence with a locked access gate. A 10 ft. X 16 ft. steel skid mounted storage shed was located on the north side of the tank battery just outside of the fence. It was determined that this tank battery also houses production equipment for the Niehaus #1 well and the Harney #1 well.
1843450520 2013-08-16 This pumping unit well has no apparent problems at time of inspection.
