Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
-1530551813 2014-05-16 Inspected production well on 05/16/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-50 bbl steel tank, and a production unit located within an earthen dike. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is a rabbit well. Well identification is also posted at the wellhead, but has fallen off and is laying on the ground. Research into the production history of the well showed that it has not produced since 2008, therefore the well must be plugged.
15479436 2002-07-23 Status check - no violations
169385078 2015-04-30 Inspected production well on 04/30/2015 at the request of Steve Irwin with ODNR Columbus (on behalf of a neighbor). The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-50 bbl steel tank, and 1-horizontal separator within a large earthen dike. The tanks are faded with a few rust spots, but appear to be in good working order. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is a rabbit well. Jason with S & S stated that the well is not currently producing due to a pipeline leak, but they intend to repair it and produce the well soon. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
322693301 2015-03-27 Inspected production well on 03/27/2015 to follow-up on a previously-issued compliance notice. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-50 bbl steel tank, and 1-horizontal separator located within a large, shallow earthen dike. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is a rabbit well. 2014 production data showed that the well did not produce any oil or gas. Jason with S & S indicated that he does intend to produce from the well, however it is not selling gas as a result of a pipeline that needs repaired. Will grant 6-month extension for repairs and follow-up in the fall.
-637095256 2008-01-28 Well is in production and equipped with rabbit. 1-100 barrel and 1-50 barrel tanks with separator in battery. Sun, 40 degrees.
