1394043767 2014-02-28 I received a call from Kyle Ahbel (Enervest) about an oil release at the tank battery of this well on 2/26/14. He told me a line inside the dike had ruptured and leaked about a barrel of oil out inside the dike. He told that the spill was completely contained in the dike and that a steamer truck and vac truck were on location tending to the spill. I inspected the tank battery today and found no signs of the oil release. The dike wall had been rebuilt and fresh gravel was was lining the inside of the battery. The battery contained 2-100 barrel tanks, a brine vault, and a vertical separator. There was a domestic hook up off of the meter run inside the battery. I inspected the wellhead and found it operating with the aid of an electric pumping unit and there was 80psi on the gauge. The proper ID was posted at the tank battery. No violations.
