678530609 2014-07-16 I was on location for a status check. I found during my inspection the well in production with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a vertical separator and a horizontal separator. A dike surrounded the tank and vertical separator. A bull plug was installed on the load line. Identification signs were posted. The tank battery was shared with an Ohio Valley well; 2-2631. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
886955756 2012-08-14 On 8/14/2012, I conducted an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well was located approximately 0.15 miles north-northwest of the tank battery through a tall soybean field. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank, one buried concrete brine tank, a separator, and a faded identification sign. I called Champion-Park Gas's well tender and asked to post a new identification sign. I will perform a follow-up inspection of the identification sign by 8/21/2012 and reinspection the well this fall once the soybeans have been cut down.
